In 2016, TRAA Science Advisory Panel member Dr. George Harpole wrote the seminal article on the equivalent behavior of HF and MHF. Since then, the conclusions of his article has been validated by two of the world’s leading experts on the issue and by the Technical Staff the South Coast AQMD.
