The event, held at the Doubletree Hotel in Torrance on Saturday, February 15, 2020, included speakers, short TRAA-produced videos, and an announcement of a major new campaign to mandate that the Torrance Refining Company and Valero in Wilmington convert to one of the modern, vastly safer processes.
